Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between SIWA CANDLES and any individual making a purchase on the SIWA CANDLES website. By confirming their order, the buyer unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.

3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products (candles, accessories, etc.) are described on the website. Product photos are non-contractual. SIWA CANDLES strives to present the products as accurately as possible.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT applicable on the date of the order. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. SIWA CANDLES reserves the right to modify prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
The buyer must create an account on the website to place an order. The order is confirmed once the buyer has accepted the T&Cs and paid the full amount. SIWA CANDLES reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with the buyer.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the website. Payments are secure. In the event of non-payment, the order will not be validated.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Time
Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process and vary depending on the destination. SIWA CANDLES undertakes to ship products within 2 business days of order confirmation.
7.2 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are specified at checkout, based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify SIWA CANDLES via email or by using the withdrawal form available on the website.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
9. Returns and Refunds
For approved returns (withdrawal or defective product), the buyer will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
10. Legal Warranties
All products sold on the website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In case of a defect, the buyer may request a replacement or refund.
11. Liability
SIWA CANDLES cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages resulting from the use of the products sold. SIWA CANDLES’ liability is limited to the amount of the order.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from SIWA CANDLES.
13. Personal Data
In accordance with GDPR, personal data collected during orders is used exclusively for order management and is never shared with third parties, except with partners necessary for service execution (shipping, payment). The buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
